Appointments
Please arrive to your appointment no earlier than a maximum of 5 minutes before your appointment. However, we prefer if you come right on time. We highly recommend that you book your next appointment prior to leaving the salon.
We understand "life happens". If you are running late by 15 minutes or more, please call us. We will try our best to accommodate you. Please be aware in the unfortunate event you are late, we cannot guarantee that your service(s) will be performed that day or performed in full. It may also result in an incomplete service and affect the quality of your service, as well as affect the other clients scheduled that day. If you are excessively late, please keep in mind that we may need to reschedule your appointment.
We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal items.
Please keep all valuable items with you during your service.
Please advise our staff of any allergies or sensitivities you may have.
Our employees work as a team. If for any reason you are uncomfortable with the service provided you have received, another team member can be made available to you.
No pets are allowed in the salon.
Health & Safety Measures and Procedures
We have implemented a Health & Safety policy to maintain salon etiquette:
If you are feeling ill or can no longer make this appointment, now is the time to let us know and reschedule your appointment. Please note that if you do display any symptoms that may cause concern to our staff and other clients, your appointment will be cancelled on the spot and subject to our Cancellation Policy guidelines.
Salon stations, tools and equipment will be sanitized after each client.
Do NOT bring extra guests with you to your appointment EXCEPTION: If you booked back to back appointments with a friend or family member, you are more than welcome to arrive together and stay the duration of each other's appointment while maintaining acceptable social distancing measures.
Children Safety
We understand how challenging it is to make time for yourself and that your “me time” does not always align with your hair appointments. However, our policy strictly prohibits unsupervised children in the salon, as it poses a safety issue. Children are ONLY permitted in the salon when the child is receiving a service. We do not have the facilities to care for children. Also, young children in car seats/strollers may not be placed near the service areas or held in the lap. We also do not want to compromise the salon experience for our clients.
In the event you must bring a child into the salon, please provide sufficient supervision. If they are able to sit quietly and be unsupervised, they may wait in the provided seating area.
Our salon is not child-proof. Sharp instruments, hot styling tools, chemicals and a busy, congested area make for a potentially dangerous environment for young children.
While this policy helps ensure that all clients enjoy a relaxing and comfortable salon experience, it was created with your child’s safety in mind. We hope you understand that we cannot assure their safety in a professional environment and we greatly appreciate your compliance with our child safety policy.
Cancellations
Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we request a minimum of 24 hours notice. Please note, in the event that you do not provide the necessary 24 hours cancellation notice or "no show" for your appointment, you will charged in accordance to our cancellation policy. Your deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable if you miss or cancel your appointment.

CANCELLATION | NO SHOW | LATE ARRIVAL POLICY
Your appointment is very important to us and is reserved especially for you. But, we also understand that there may be an occasion where you are not able to keep a scheduled appointment as we all know, life can be unpredictable- so we want to keep our policies as simple as possible. Our system allows you to access your account directly to reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours prior to the confirmed appointment time.
***CANCELLATION POLICY***
For all appointments, we ask for a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. You will be able to make any changes to your appointment ONLINE at any time up to 24 hours prior to the appointment time. If you need to cancel or reschedule within 24 hrs, please contanct the salon directly at 905-495-4247. Please note you will still be responsible for late cancellation charges, up to 50% of the booked service if it falls short of the required time of notice (24hrs).
***NO SHOW POLICY***
A “No Show” is when someone does not show up for their booked and confirmed appointment. A No Show Status is applied to the account after 30 minutes of your service time has elapsed and the client has not shown up for the appointment. This status results in a charge of 100% of the booked appointment fee including taxes. If for any reason we determine that anyone is abusing this policy, we have the right to refuse service in the future.
***LATE ARRIVAL POLICY***
We will allow a 15 minute grace period for late arrivals, however, we cannot guarantee we can accommodate the service you booked for, as we must extend the same courtesy for all our clients to be on time. If you are going to be late, please call the salon directly at 905-495-4247. If you arrive late, within the 15 minute grace period, please note that we will do our best to accommodate you, however, your full service can not be guaranteed and may have to be modified. If for any reason we determine that anyone is abusing this policy, we have the right to refuse service in the future. AGREEMENT TO TERMS By making an appointment through this site, you are at least 18 years of age. You have read and understood all the terms and conditions. You are providing valid credit card information that is in your name to complete the reservation. You have read and fully understand our cancellation policy and agree to all late cancellation, no-show, and deposit charges where applicable. If you do not fully understand these terms, please email us for clarification before the use of this site. If you do not fully agree to these terms, please do not use this booking system. The Trichos Evolution reserves the right to change, add, remove, or otherwise modify our policies at any time without prior notice.
This policy is in place out of respect for our hair artists and clients. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are difficult to fill. By giving last minute notice or no notice at all, you prevent another client from being able to schedule into that time slot.
In the event you "no-show" two consecutive appointments, you will be unable to schedule future appointments. However, you may be considered as a walk-in.
Pricing
All prices are subject to change at the discretion of management.
Tipping is left to the discretion of our clients.
Gratuities
We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express , Google Pay, Apple Pay and Interac debit cards. Please note that all payments made by card will be subject to 13% Harmonized Sales Tax (HST). Cash payments will not be subject to HST.
